Advance Registration Deadline
Advance registration closes January 18, 2006. You may register onsite, subject to availability and an additional $50 per person fee at the 2006 Management Clinic beginning Wednesday, February 1, 2006.

A full refund, less a $50 processing fee, will be made for cancellations postmarked or received by fax on or before December 31, 2005. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations postmarked or received by fax between January 1, 2006 and January 25, 2006. There will be no refunds for cancellations after January 25, 2006.
