ANLA Announces September 2012 Grower and Distribution Tour
The American Nursery and Landscape Association (ANLA) announces a grower and landscape distribution tour for fall 2012. The tour will travel to Virginia Beach, September 18-20, 2012 touring Lancaster Farms and Bennett's Creek Nursery. The event will also include educational sessions with researchers at Virginia Tech and an evening event featuring a state of the association and legislative update with Bob Dolibois and Craig Regelbrugge.
Matt Sawyer, vice-president for operations at Bennett's Creek said, "This is an ideal location to bring together ANLA's grower and distribution communities. Our business is literally across the street from Lancaster and we both have strong, innovative growing and distribution businesses."
ANLA President Bob Lyons stated, "Face-to-face events are an important part of our experience as ANLA members. The opportunity to get together with the top growers and distributors in North America is another example of the significant value of my ANLA membership."
